Timber Ridge Homes is operated by three managing partners: Don Eversoll, Jeff Parsigian and Mark Hamer.

Don Eversoll

Don Eversoll has 40 years in the land development and home building business. In his career, Don has sold over 5,000 homes worth more than $600 million. In 2002, Don Eversoll sold his company, Klein & Eversoll, to Pulte Homes, Inc. Prior to the sale, Klein & Eversoll sold more than 2,200 homes in Long Island, Connecticut and Virginia. After the sale of his company, Don remained with Pulte Homes, Inc., Long Island Division in a consulting role managing their Land Acquisition team. Don started his career in homebuilding with McCarthy Company, a southern California company, in 1969.

Don has served as President of the Long Island Builders Institute and New York State Builders Association and is a Lifetime Board member of both associations as well as the National Association of Home Builders. Don also served as Chair of Suffolk County Planning Commission from 1993-2003 and was a member of the commission since 1990.

Jeff Parsigian

Jeff Parsigian has 25 years in the land development, homebuilding, and sales and operations for Pulte Homes, Inc., one of the largest publicly traded homebuilders. During his tenure, he was Central Region President in 2006 and Eastern Region President from 2003 through 2005. In 2005, as region president, Jeff oversaw operations that had annual revenue in excess of $6 billion and pre-tax profits of $1.1 billion. Jeff was responsible for twenty-five home-building divisions east of the Mississippi. As a region president, Jeff was responsible for capital allocation and utilization and approved all project feasibility studies. Jeff has managed all facets of home building, including land acquisition, zoning, entitlement approvals, construction, and marketing and sales. Jeff has supervised and operated multiple divisions and been successful at attracting talented personnel to oversee home building operations in multiple cities and regions. While working in the corporate office, Jeff was responsible for personnel recruiting and advancement and has developed an extensive network of professionals across the country. Prior to joining Pulte, Jeff began his professional career with Coopers & Lybrand.

Mark Hamer

Mark Hamer has 21 years experience in commercial real estate and banking. In 2002, Mark founded Harvest Properties and Harvest Real Estate Services, entities that specialize in the investment, ownership, management and leasing of commercial office, industrial, and retail real estate. In this venture, Mark has raised approximately $70 million in equity and debt to purchase commercial real estate. Prior to founding his company, Mark was a Regional Vice President for Brandywine Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT. Mark started his career in commercial banking and specialized in workout lending and recovery. Mr. Hamer was actively involved in the last residential real estate recession in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s and brings solid experience on how banks and other financial institutions handle their distressed loans secured by real estate.
